Textbook Return Policy

Books for one week intensive courses are not returnable. These include MET AD 776, SMG OB 853 and GSM PL 845.

Note that custom course-packs, case-packs and Harvard cases are not returnable.

Textbook Reservations
You will receive an email when your textbook reservation is ready for pickup. Note that textbook reservations can take 72 hours (3 days) to process.
Shipping Orders Normally all orders placed before 12pm EST Monday to Friday, will ship the same day. All orders placed after 12pm EST are not guaranteed to ship until the next business day.
Please note that local weather conditions can and will at times cause delays in shipping.


Textbook Information
Course and pricing information is subject to change based upon data from publishers and instructors. All orders placed on-line are fulfilled with the most current books and the invoice that accompanies your textbooks will reflect any pricing changed. Of course, any purchases made in our store or on-line are fully returnable, in accordance with our stated return policy.

Add/Drop Protection
They say "...you better shop around," but here's one time you may want to reconsider. Many online book sellers won't refund your purchase if you drop a class - leaving you out of luck. If you drop a course during the school's add/drop period, you can return your books to the bookstore for a refund (check our refund and exchange policy for details). Don't waste your time or risk wasting your money. Buy your books with confidence from the campus bookstore.
